Marais for me!

I'm totally loving these cute flats and sandals from Marais and the best part is they're quite
affordable. They don't accept returns though and the sizing seems a bit strange (they
recommend you order a size down in nearly every style). So, I may try to go check them out
in person first.

These cut-out flats are utterly adorable! Must have blue shoes!


Their summer sandals are quite cute as well, but I'm a bit scared of suede getting dirty too fast.

Or for a barely there bit of color try the Mott sandal.

Cross your body

I am so glad crossbody bags are back in style. These little ones would be great for
summer romping. I especially love the yellow See by Chloe one (33% off from
Nordstrom)! The second two are from my perennial favorite, Marc by Marc Jacobs
and on sale in Bloomingdale's 30% off designer handbags event (Quilting Single
Shoulder bag and Percy Crossbody).

Outfit of the day

This outfit is from a few weeks ago when it first got warm. Yay summer! The colors actually
look somewhere in between the flash and no-flash shots.

We had a lovely dinner in the park with a few friends (my how I am loving the warm New
York nights as opposed to the surprisingly cold ones in San Francisco!). Apparently
everyone else had the same idea as us, look at that Shake Shack line!!!

Jeffrey Campbell has done it again with these Athena sandals. I am especially
enamored by the studding details on the back. My brother sent me a gift card
from Zappos for my birthday. Unfortunately they don't seem to carry Jeffrey
Campbell otherwise I'd be buying these in a flash!

Ruffles galore

Beautiful blush ruffled Louboutins from Barneys, but at $1850 I don't think I'll be seeing
these in my lifetime. Maybe some window shopping/drooling is in order.

Shredded T

Some pics of my great shredded T, purchased from sarahhijuelos on Etsy. I don't know
how she did it, but she turned a plain old Hanes t-shirt into a work of art. :) Worn with
Old Navy gray tank, shredded leather cuff, and Old Navy Sweetheart jeans.
