New Years Eve
Happy New Year everyone!
We decided to skip the crowds this year and are
planning a quiet evening in with some good food and
a bit of bubbly.
Our New Years Eve Menu:
Risotto with arugula and prosciutto (recipe from the
Williams Sonoma Risotto cookbook).
Roasted winter root vegetables with clarified butter
(recipe from the Chez Panisse vegetables cookbook).
